Mary is an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner who specializes in management, leadership, EEOC, employee development training, as well as HR certification exam prep classes for PHR, SPHR, aPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP credentials. Mary is a dynamic keynote speaker who often presents at conferences and association meetings throughout the U.S.

Mary holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Communication and has completed extensive post-graduate work in Instructional Design & Development.
