During this two-week course that combines virtual, instructor-led sessions with self-directed online learning, you will:

Complete your own Everything DiSC Workplace, Management, and Agile profiles
Familiarize yourself with the full Everything DiSC application suite
Learn how to use your flexible facilitation kit to deliver powerful workshops and coaching solutions
Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment
Gain access to the Everything DiSC online training center, connecting you to course content and to your peers
Upon successful completion of the certification course and exam, you will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, a professional certification that signals proven competence in shaping high-performing, collaborative cultures, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC. If you already hold a SHRM-CP or SCP credential, you'll earn 20 professional development credits (PDCS) upon completing your Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential.
