The Five Behaviors® Certification prepares practitioners to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences that help build cohesive teams and drive organizational results. 

Program Objectives: The Five Behaviors Certification

This two-week immersive experience combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. As a participant, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of The Five Behaviors® model and its key principles
• Explore the full Five Behaviors® solution portfolio: Team Development and Personal Development
• Learn how to build, customize, and deliver impactful Five Behaviors learning experiences to address unique training and team development needs
• Practice and improve facilitation techniques while receiving feedback from peers in a supportive environment
• Gain access to a comprehensive online training center dedicated to The Five Behaviors to use during the course and as an ongoing resource
• Complete the included certification exam to earn your Five Behaviors credential and become certified to facilitate Five Behaviors Team Development and Personal Development training and coaching sessions

Earn Your Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner Credential

Upon successful completion of the certification exam, participants will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping engaged, cohesive, and high-performing teams knowledgeable in the language of The Five Behaviors.

Class Structure

The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner class is a two-week virtual learning experience with five self-directed online learning modules and four virtual, instructor-led sessions, followed by the included certification exam. 

• This class begins on June 3 and runs for two weeks.
• The required live virtual sessions meet on Wednesdays and Fridays (June 5, 7, 12, and 14), from 11 am-1 pm Eastern / 10 am-noon Central / 9-11 am Mountain / 8-10 am Pacific.

Continuing Education Credit

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) credential-holders will earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) upon completing their Five Behaviors Certification.

Facilitation Kit Required

Participants in this class must have a facilitation kit for The Five Behaviors, which includes customizable materials to facilitate two programs: The Five Behaviors Personal Development (for individual team members) and The Five Behaviors Team Development (for intact teams).
