Managers and business owners need to fully understand the implications of workplace harassment from a supervisory perspective. Intended as a managers-only add-on to our employee-focused Workplace Harassment Prevention program, this course emphasizes the role managers and supervisors play in preventing and dealing with workplace harassment and discrimination, as well as practical tips for and reducing liability and preventing retaliation. May be delivered as a 3-hour standalone program for managers rather than as an add-on.
